After years of battling with independent product developers and manufacturers, in 2015, James Seddon collaborated with MCL. He sought out an extended enterprise who could provide a holistic approach to design, development and manufacturing of his product.
MCL reengineered the product design - providing viable solutions for mass manufacture. All parts were 3D printed in order to ensure efficiency. All moulds for the plastic components were designed at MCL. Today MCL currently injects and assembles all the plastic components. MCL Engineering division custom designed an automation to assemble the product to ensure that labor costs are kept to an absolute minimum.
